MAINTENANCE MANAGER – TORS PARK, LYNMOUTH, DEVON

Are you someone who loves variety in your day, thrives in a hands-on role, and enjoys being surrounded by natural beauty? We’re looking for a dynamic and flexible individual to become the primary point of contact for the care and maintenance of our stunning high-end residential and holiday apartment site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining the property’s fixtures, fittings, and communal areas. You’ll also respond to call-outs for urgent work within the apartments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, practical, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Carrying out regular maintenance and repairs across the site and grounds
• Ensuring communal areas are always clean, functional, and presentable
• Responding quickly to urgent call-outs and guest requests
• Acting as an on-site representative and friendly face for guests and residents
• Supporting the wider team as needed and involvement in project work across the group of companies – we value team players!
