Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) – Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Make an Impact As a District Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of District Service Technicians maintaining Condominium and Homeowner Association communities. This hands-on leadership role blends technical expertise with team management to ensure every community receives reliable, high-quality service.
