ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our multi-franchise automobile dealership team in New Castle County, Delaware. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of our facility operations as the sole maintenance professional on staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field
• Basic plumbing skills and ability to perform minor repairs
• Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Proficiency with power washing equipment and techniques
• Ability to work independently
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance situations
• Work half day on some Saturdays

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance on facility systems
• Maintain all grass cutting and landscaping duties for the dealership grounds
• Conduct regular power washing of building exteriors, parking areas, and equipment
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical systems and equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as they arise
• Conduct routine facility inspections and preventive maintenance
