Location: Siu Ho Wan, North Lantau Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance function, including in-house maintenance team, contract staff, and contractors, whilst adhering to all relevant legislation and site procedures; train, supervise, and evaluate team performance Review plant defects and oversee development of maintenance systems, stores management, H&S procedures, and computerized maintenance management systems to enhance reliability and organizational efficiency Plan and manage maintenance outages, including work specification, quality control, and coordination between all parties involved Prepare site maintenance budget proposals and manage expenditure within approved budgets Liaise with project and operations staff to ensure maintenance efforts align with overall business needs Qualifications Required Qualifications: A practical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a process industry, gained in a Chemical, Waste Treatment/Incineration, pulp and paper, petrochemical, Power Generation or Marine environment Additional Information Requirements: Experience of managing a maintenance budget and planned maintenance system, capacity to write and implement procedures and directives Experience in the set up and use of CMMS and predictive maintenance equipment (vibration monitoring, thermal imaging, etc.) Analytical ability and enthusiastic and competent problem solver with a practical approach to solving engineering problems Good communication and organizational skills, able to manage and motivate the maintenance team and contractors, ability to communicate in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
