Join the team As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our two Victorian Distribution Centres for Kmart and Target, based in Truganina. From managing contractors and overseeing facility and equipment maintenance, to problem-solving technical issues and driving continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of our Supply Chain performance.  What you’ll be doing   Managing facilities, equipment, and A-Class assets across two DCs Coordinating and monitoring contractor performance, ensuring safety and compliance Responding to maintenance requests, prioritising and delivering timely solutions Leading preventative and corrective maintenance activities Conducting root cause analysis to improve machinery efficiency and minimise downtime Managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and reporting Supporting emergency response and safety management practices Partnering with leaders to drive strategy and site improvement  To be successful in this role you’ll have:   10 years’ experience in site maintenance within manufacturing, logistics or Supply Chain operations A relevant trade qualification (mechanical fitter, electrician, boiler maker, etc.) Strong technical skills, ideally with exposure to a CMMS systems High mechanical aptitude and ability to undertake minor repairs Strong influencing, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Safety-first mindset, with knowledge of COR and compliance requirements Financial acumen with experience managing maintenance budgets  Benefits we’ll offer you:   Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy.   A team member discount card that gives you a discount at Kmart, Target, Officeworks and Bunnings  Access to the Kmart for You benefits program which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health – with over 60 suppliers!   We want you to feel rewarded for your commitment and hard work that's why eligible team members get the opportunity to participate in a bonus program  We offer inclusive parental leave, and ongoing support offered though our partnership with Circle In for team members of all backgrounds and family circumstances   A dynamic learning and support program  Opportunity to fast track your career through our Mentor Program as a Mentee or Mentor  A Kudos recognition program, where you are nominated by your peers to spin a wheel, to win a stack of cool prizes  Great career opportunities across the broader Wesfarmers Group  We celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate.
