VisTech Manufacturing, Ontario is a Tier 2 automotive manufacturing company, who manufacture and assemble carpet and trim underlay, as well as assemble interior trim components. Our major direct customers include HTNA/Hayashi, Formed Fiber, Vuteq, through which we supply to Toyota, General Motors, Chrysler and Honda.

We are currently seeking candidate to oversee and manage our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience mechanical background, knowledge of parts sourcing, equipment repair, and managing resources in an efficient manner.

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance members, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Manage cost control, procurement of supplies, and inventory of spare parts and tools
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, staying updated on advancements in maintenance technology whenever possible
• Management of Electronic Maintenance System to ensure all maintenance records are accurate and up to date, while evaluating optimization of resources
