We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I to join our Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of equipment essential to our manufacturing operations. What You Will Do * Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, including small machinery and conveyor systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize operational downtime. * Repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment including conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic tables, pneumatic tools, pallet jacks, and automated systems * Perform welding and manual machining work during equipment repairs or modifications * Install, optimize, and modify plant equipment to improve operational efficiency and performance * Inspect machinery, perform accurate diagnostics, and identify root causes of failures in order to complete necessary corrective repairs * Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime * Operate automated machines when needed to support operations * Actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and standards * Assist maintenance technicians with equipment maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
