What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500) Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V) Requirements What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Degree or certification in a technical trade or maintenance-related field Minimum 3 years of related experience (required) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (bending, climbing, crawling) Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and confined spaces Tools & Equipment You’ll Use Welders, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging equipment Forklifts, man lifts, ladders, scaffolding Automated systems: palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, gearboxes Why with this Company Be part of a company that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement Work in a culture that blends tradition with innovation Make a real impact in a company that’s committed to sustainability and quality.
