JOB PURPOSE: 完成工厂生产设备设施的维修维护,确保公司设备设施正常运行。 JOB DUTIES: 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。严格遵守公司的各项制度；主动学习设备设施的相关资料，熟悉设备设施相关信息，工作原理，备件等并通过技能考核；按部门要求完成巡视检查工作，上报巡检中发现的异常问题；了解公司内结构件工厂全数设备设施的工作原理，可独立处理保养工作并带领维修同事按工作计划完成设备设施保养工作；按时完成各项保养计划，并及时汇报保养中发现的问题；独立解决结构件工厂自动化设备设施故障，并可带领维修同事完成设备设施维修工作；维修过程中问题的及时处理，不能处理的及时上报工程师；跟踪维修结果，确保设备设施的功能及安全防护，分析每月的故障数据，并在此基础上做出改善计划；维修过的设备故障不重复出现，返修次数≤2/年；执行上级安排的各项工作安排，以及各类自动化设备的改进改善工作；主要负责焊接自动产线PLC，桁架自动化系统及机床PMC等系统的程序支持，修改优化管理程序，根据产线需要编制新程序和逻辑关系验证；了解机器视觉相关原理并可根据工况进行安装调整；编制各类设备故障修理标准作业书，指导修理工作；完成重大维修履历报告；培训并带领维修人员快速掌握电气自动化、机床维修等各项技能；辅助工程师完成相关体系管理工作。 Posting Dates: 九月 19, 2025 - 九月 22, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
