Shift: 9:00 PM-5:00 AM Hourly Rate: $33.06 an hour + $.40 shift differential At our Quincy, MI facility, we proudly produce Hebrew National Hot Dogs, known for their premium quality and kosher standards. We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Perform preventative maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery and production equipment. Handle repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Work with systems including: Pumps Motors Gearboxes Conveyors Chillers Pneumatics Hydraulics Other industrial production equipment Operate within multiple disciplines of maintenance, adapting to the needs of the facility. Respond to sound alerts from equipment and communicate effectively via radio. Walk short distances throughout the plant to perform tasks and inspections. Maintain excellent attendance, work the required shift, and be available for overtime as needed. You Have: 1+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical drive/ control systems relating to production and facilities equipment maintenance. Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Mechanical skills used to trouble-shoot equipment is required. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. 2 years of basic computer High School Diploma or Equivalent and Must have at least 1 year of current work history in the past 4 months with no break. Ability to lift 50-80 pounds. Wear all required PPE. Can pass background and drug screen.
