What This Role Entails As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will help ensure reliable operation of production and facility equipment across molding, assembly, and wire processing areas. You will: Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain injection molding equipment, auxiliary systems, mechanical assemblies, and electrical systems. Perform preventive maintenance and update procedures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Support equipment moves, new equipment installation, and production line changes. Use the site's CMMS to document work, track parts, and plan maintenance tasks. Work closely with production, engineering, and outside vendors to resolve equipment issues and complete improvement projects. You will join a skilled maintenance group that supports a wide variety of manufacturing technologies. The team is collaborative, diverse, and focused on safety and continuous improvement. The environment is hands-on, supportive, and encourages learning across different equipment types. What We Are Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably including injection molding or automated assembly. Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and use standard diagnostic tools. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical systems. Ability to use CMMS software and basic computer applications. Personal and Soft Skills Strong problem solving and root cause analysis abilities. Clear communication skills to work effectively with operators, engineers, and vendors. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast moving production environment. Commitment to safety practices and following established procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes.
