Requirements Skills and Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications preferred · 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience). · Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (drives, bearings, pumps, pneumatics/hydraulics). · Basic electrical knowledge and ability to safely troubleshoot motors, and control circuits using meters and standard test equipment. · Ability to read and interpret work orders, equipment manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings. · Working knowledge of safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding requirements. · Ability to work a regular day shift schedule. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
