Join our outstanding team!    About the Job The purpose of this position is to assist the Maintenance Superintendent and The Team Lead in maintaining all plant and mobile equipment.  The individual will carry out assigned work orders for all preventative and corrective maintenance while following all applicable safety standards and best practices. They will work alongside the production department to perform housekeeping needs and other production duties to facilitate the operational needs of the site. * Make sure maintenance jobs are performed correctly per SOP’s and company policies * Monitor parts and materials required to perform maintenance work orders * Perform routine plant and mobile equipment inspections  * Assist other maintenance employees as needed  * Repair plant equipment * Perform skilled hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical repairs * Repair electrical requirements for the plan * Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications * Education: High School Diploma, GED, or 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred. * Experience: 1-3 years of actual maintenance experience. * Skills: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and other MLC software. Basic welding skills – advanced welding skills are preferred but not required * Abilities: Electrical troubleshooting and repair - advanced electrical skills are preferred but not required. Knowledge of both hydraulic and pneumatic systems with regards to repair. Knowledge of various rotating mechanical equipment including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating screens and vibrating feeders. Knowledge of power transmission devices including gear drives, and belt drives. Operate a variety of mobile equipment including Bobcat, forklifts, man lifts, haul trucks and front-end loader * Schedule: Must be able to work a rotating on call schedule  The Fine Print Benefits and perquisites may vary based on the nature and location of each job.
