About Us The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for a Mechanic who will diagnose and repair issues and machines throughout the plant. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery equipment, and systems. Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements. Prepare instructions for equipment management, work, safety and health, TPM and other instructions. Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop/plant tools when necessary. Ensure compliance with quality management and environmental standards and requirements in their work. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree /or equivalent in experience. Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
