POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Trainee to learn and support the maintenance of high-speed filling, packaging, and automated material handling equipment. This is a full-time, hands-on role with structured training under experienced mechanics, offering real career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Interest in long-term career in maintenance or manufacturing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Experience or interest in mechanical, electro-mechanical, or auto/diesel mechanics preferred
  Offered compensation: $28/hr

• Learn mechanical and electrical functions of filling and packaging equipment
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic equipment repairs
• Clean, lubricate, and calibrate machinery
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and help identify root causes
• Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready conditions
• Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
