Description Role: Maintenance Mechanic Openings: 2 Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Shift: 1st shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $26.14–$28.70/hr. Pay Frequency: Weekly What we need to screen for Candidates need solid maintenance experience and must be comfortable troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. They should be able to read mechanical, plumbing, and electrical schematics, troubleshoot control circuits, and have experience with PLCs, drives, and other hardware. Welding and metal fabrication experience is also part of the job. They also need to be comfortable with the physical side of the role, including heavy work, repeated climbing of ladders and stairs, and working in a plant environment with heat, cold, noise, moving equipment, and dust. Strong attendance, safe work practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team matter here.
