Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!   #IWorkForAllForGood   Job Purpose:Drive maintenance excellence and equipment reliability by developing and implementing preventive strategies, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.  Main Accountabilities: Lead initiatives to eliminate maintenance losses and improve equipment reliability using PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, and FMEA. Manage site equipment and processes, develop tailored maintenance strategies, and implement preventive maintenance standards. Align with central teams and OEMs for technology upgrades and ensure proper documentation and spare parts management for new installations. Analyze breakdowns, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement in production and maintenance. Develop SOPs, train line teams, implement condition monitoring, and oversee maintenance KPIs, dashboards, and budget optimization. Support engineering projects and localize spare parts to enhance efficiency. Education, Experience and Qualifications: Education bachelor’s degree (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical field) Work Experience From 3-5 years demonstrated ability in the same field – preferably in FMCG Knowledge Preventive Maintenance scheduling using SAP, Equipment reliability, Reporting & sourcing parts Language Knowledge Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English, French is an advance Data analysis tools proficiency, Power BI, Power Apps   If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
