Job Description: As a Maintenance Person at Milan Institute, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our school facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment. Building Repairs: Address and resolve minor structural issues, including doors, windows, walls, and roofs. Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the school's outdoor spaces, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal during the winter months. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
