We are looking for a proactive and caring Maintenance Officer to join the maintenance team and ensure our buildings and equipment are maintained to Aegis’ high standards. This is a Permanent Full-time role working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Located within the heart of Canning Vale, Aegis Amherst caters for up to 133 residents, providing high quality care services in a secure and friendly living environment. Our purpose-built Facility supports our residents’ every need and enables choice in daily activities.

As an important part of the Aegis community, you will:

• Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers
• Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers
• Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies.
• Carry out preventative maintenance program as scheduled.
