We’re looking for a hands on, guest focused Maintenance Officer to help keep Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore in perfect condition. If you love fixing things, take pride in presentation, and have a proactive approach to property upkeep — we want to hear from you.About the Role

  • Maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program across all areas of the property
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, guests, and Body Corporate
  • Implement cost control measures and manage stock and contractor purchasing
  • Supervise a small team and coordinate external contractors as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe, presentable, and fully operational
  • Support and uphold company systems, standards, and procedures

About You

  • Positive, can do attitude with strong problem solving skills
  • Confident with general repairs – lighting, plumbing, painting, etc.
  • Experience coordinating trades/contractors to get efficient results
  • Trade qualification or similar background highly regarded
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and WHS best practice desirable
  • Hotel or resort maintenance experience preferred
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
