THE OPPORTUNITY

Shortland Waters Retirement Village, located in Newcastle, NSW, is a beautiful village nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of NSW’s Hunter region. As the Maintenance Officer, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance & repair tasks around our retirement village and work with local contractors to ensure a safe, vibrant and well-maintained village for all to enjoy. Working closely with your fellow Maintenance Officer and team members, you will ensure our buildings & fixtures are well-maintained and presentable. You’ll enjoy interacting with residents, working autonomously and alongside team members, and have general maintenance or ‘handyperson’ experience.
