To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery or related discipline.
• Practical experience in building maintenance tasks such as painting, minor concreting, paving, plumbing repairs, watering systems, landscaping, fencing, carpentry, and basic electrical work (not requiring electrician qualifications) is highly regarded. While not essential, demonstrated competency in any of these areas will be viewed favourably.
• Demonstrated commitment to and genuine interest in the provision of excellence in service to clients.
• Ability to undertake administrative duties with experience in the Microsoft suite of applications
