Job Description We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This vital role is responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks across the Resort. About the role: Undertake general repairs and maintenance across the property and facilities Perform pool maintenance to ensure safe and compliant operation Provide induction and supervision of external contractors Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules Support the wider team to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff Qualifications Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience Experience or willingness to undertake pool maintenance duties Strong problem-solving and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for delivering high standards of presentation and safety Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
