About the Role: We're looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Officer to ensure our care community you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to create a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for residents, visitors, and team . What You'll Need: ✔️ Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus). ✔️ A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. ✔️ Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety. ✔️ Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. ✔️ Reliability and a strong work ethic. ✔️ A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded. ✔️ Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical Police check NDIS Worker Screening Check Maintain with Care If you are a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in your work and wants to contribute to a community that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
