Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long‑term partnership reflects Downer's strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high‑quality services at scale. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our workforce at Logan Reserve, playing a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and well‑presented Land Lease Communities across Stockland’s national portfolio. Reporting to Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities. What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Acting as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs * Conducting routine site inspections, hazard identification and risk mitigation * Coordinating contractors, deliveries, supplies and consumables * Performing general maintenance, cleaning and pool testing activities * Responding to incidents, emergencies and after‑hours maintenance needs What You'll Bring * Experience in trades, general maintenance and repair work (qualifications will be well received but are not necessary) * Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and Zero Harm principles * Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor service delivery performance * Current Driver's Licence, White Card and Police Check * Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities

The Maintenance Officer will act as the primary contact for onsite repairs, routine inspections, and hazard identification across Land Lease Communities. They are also responsible for coordinating contractors, managing supplies, and performing general maintenance and pool testing activities.
