Description

The Trust is looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our busy Facilities Team.
The Maintenance Officer for the Lancashire Wildlife Trust (LWT) will be based out of our Brockholes Nature Reserve, but will provide support as and when needed at our other LWT sites across the North West. All sites vary in complexity from simple office spaces, to a state-of-the-art floating visitor centre, and each has their own systems.
The successful applicant will have practical experience in maintenance and the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner. This role requires someone who will be dedicated to becoming an expert in the systems and processes and the job holder will have the ability to build effective working relationships with peers, contractors and volunteers in order to deliver a successful maintenance schedule.
We offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service. A friendly and flexible working environment with the chance to be a part of the largest nature conservation body in the area, working together to improve our region for nature as well as engaging and inspiring people to connect and take action for wildlife.
