About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Maintenance Officer / Trades Assistant to join our Facilities Team. In this role, you’ll assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of the park, performing labouring and handyperson duties to support the daily maintenance requirements of our operations. Key Responsibilities Carry out general labouring and semi-skilled handyperson tasks Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and park facilities Operate power tools safely and effectively Support the Facilities Team with day-to-day maintenance activities Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment To be successful, you will have: Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance Competence in the use of power tools Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks A motivated and enthusiastic approach to work Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team A manual driver’s licence Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends as rostered, is a requirement for this full-time position.
