Responsibilities
  • Fleet Plan / Integrated Maintenance Forecast and Schedule management
  • Facilitate Fleet Planning Working group and associate Forums / Working Groups
  • Scheduling, Coordination and Scope Definition for Scheduled Maintenance, Modifications, Lifed Items and DLM activities
  • Fleet metrics development, review and reporting
  • Development of ‘what-if’ scenarios for tactical and strategic considerations
  • Monitoring of all scheduled/unscheduled arisings effecting F/A-18F and EA-18G fleet availability in support of Enterprise outcomes
  • Ensure the Sustainment Support System is informed of Fleet Priorities
  • Coordination of ad hoc fleet activities
