Responsibilities

Understand and demonstrate the importance of health & safety in the workplace, as well as compliance with a diverse sector of client groups.
Assist in carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and general building work across a variety of trades including painting and decorating.
Working safely at height and carrying out repairs to the fabric of the building, such as external walls, drainage, guttering, doors, doorframes, skirting boards, or plaster damage to internal walls
Plumbing and drainage systems, such as WC systems, leaking taps, water testing and unblocking drains, while maintaining high levels of water hygiene Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
Electrical distribution and repair to adhere to legal requirements e.g., replacing damaged sockets, plugs, lighting and fuses
Safely use hand tools such as screwdrivers, power drills, pliers, paper strippers and a variety of tools used in plumbing and carpentry
Help maintain external areas such as gardens, pathways, and parking spaces.
Delivering excellent customer service whilst communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and building users.
