Responsibilities

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Operative, with as many building trade skills as possible, particularly roofing, comfortable working at heights with suitable training qualifications.
The role will cover all aspects of Property Maintenance on an extensive Property Portfolio that covers most regions of the North West, but essentially based in Rossendale, North Manchester and East Lancashire. We require an operative who has a skill set that will cover Joinery, Plastering, Decoration, Groundwork etc
The operative must be Health & Safety compliant and be open to continued, relevant training in all aspects of the Construction Industry.
All applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK, and have a full, clean Driving Licence.
