Lezayre Nursing Home is looking for a Maintenance person to manage the interior and the exterior of the Home and grounds.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• General maintenance knowledge / experience e.g. minor electrical, decorating, plumbing, joinery work etc.
• previous experience working within grounds care and maintenance
• Strong general plant knowledge
• Competent working to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
• Clean driving licence
• Use of a car or similar vehicle
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks
• Ability to organise own time and workload
• Willingness to receive training on current Health and Safety / EHO issues
• Satisfactory DBS
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £12.44 per hour
  Expected hours: 14 per week
