We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Maintenance Operative/Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities.

• Maintain full knowledge of building fabric, maintenance, tools, and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs as directed by the FM Manager after proper training.
• Conduct daily and weekly checks; report any faults, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all areas and storage are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with security regulations.
• Use and maintain tools, equipment, and safety signage correctly.
• Manage material usage efficiently and report low stock levels for reordering.
• Respond promptly to Helpdesk calls and provide cover during absences.
• Comply with all company and client policies, including health & safety and site regulations.
• Attend required training, meetings, and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and tasks outside regular hours.
