OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain and repair various systems within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, with strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
  • Previous supervisory experience or leadership skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication within the team.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
