Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team for 15 hours per week. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventative maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Painting and Decorating
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs and updates
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all maintenance tasks
- Must be proficient in painting and decorating, ability to showcase previous work would be advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.77 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
