As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents by maintaining high standards in and around our homes. From minor repairs to overseeing health and safety compliance, your work will directly impact the quality of life for those we care for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Excellence: Utilise your experience in maintenance, building, DIY, and housekeeping to keep our facilities in top condition, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Health & Safety Focus: Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, implementing procedures to uphold compliance and protect our residents and staff.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Communication Skills: Engage with residents, families, and colleagues warmly and respectfully, providing clear and helpful communication to address maintenance needs and concerns.
