WE ARE SEEKING A RELIABLE AND SKILLED MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE TO CARRY OUT A RANGE OF

maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties/sites. The ideal candidate will have
a hands-on approach, a broad skill set, and the ability to work independently or as part of a
team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings and equipment.
- Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and decorating tasks as required.
- Respond promptly to reported faults and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and contractors when necessary.
- Maintain records of completed tasks and report recurring maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Travel to various sites across the South East as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role.
- Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
- Good understanding of health and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Must be willing and able to drive to sites across the South East.
- Pass a DBS check.
