Description

This vacancy has arisen within Technical Facilities. Purpose of Position: Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent equipment failure by cleaning media filters on air handling systems, VRVs indoor units, FCUs, HRVUs, Close Control Systems and Split type indoor units. Duties & Responsibilities: To carry out proper housekeeping of technical workshops, work sites and technical sub-stores. To report to technical officer/ shift leader any encountered problems, deficiencies, and faults, associated with the works being carried out. To clean various HVAC equipment such as air handling units, a/c units and extract air systems to maximize efficiency and improve indoor air quality. To assist with the repairs of HVAC & applied equipment. To maintain records of maintenance works and inspections on the IVIVA system. To perform any other day-to-day duties or tasks as may be designated by the Shift Leader/Technical Officer. Qualifications & Skills Completed secondary education successfully. Be in possession of a clean Police conduct. One (1) year experience in a related field of work. Have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Motivation to be a part of a team. Should hold a valid driving license (Cars, Category B) and be willing to obtain an ADP (Airside Driving Permit). Knowledgeable or willing to learn about the Airport processes. Preference will be given to candidates with HVAC experience. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday : 07:00 – 15:30 Salary: • €23,166 basic salary. Training and opportunities for personal development. Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning on various HVAC equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and assist in the repair of technical facilities.
