Undertake a range of painting and decorating tasks to a high professional standard across clinical and non-clinical areas. Prepare surfaces through cleaning, filling, sanding, and other appropriate methods to ensure the correct finish. Apply various paint systems, stains, and specialist coatings (e.g. epoxy, rust-inhibiting, textured, and anti-slip finishes) using brush, roller, and spray techniques.
Remove and replace wall coverings including vinyls, paper, and specialist finishes. Carry out minor plaster repairs, dry-lining taping and jointing, and make-good finishes. Execute specialist tasks such as signwriting, mural design, line marking for roadways and internal floors, and glazing repairs as necessary
