JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to support our Aftercare and Special Works team, delivering high-quality general repairs and maintenance across a diverse range of property types.
The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in general building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and minor electrical repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs efficiently, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of defects and maintenance requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Proven experience of a repairs and maintenance background
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance across various sites
• Maintain head office facilities
• Participate in a 24 hour emergency call out Rota
• Liaise with residents and clients to schedule appointments and works.
• Raise, report, and close out maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with company health safety
