The Role
We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in student accommodation (PBSA), serviced apartments, or hospitality and understands the importance of balancing technical skill with customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned preventative maintenance across our student accommodation and serviced apartment portfolio
• Responding quickly to resident and guest maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption
• Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards at all times
• Working collaboratively with housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless resident and guest experience
• Logging and reporting maintenance tasks using our internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a student accommodation, hotel, or serviced apartment maintenance role
• Broad skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general property repairs
• Professional, guest-facing attitude with strong communication skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in high-quality work
• Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours emergencies
