Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 职务描述： 1. 设备维护与维修负责CNC加工中心、工业机器人、AGV、清洗机、测漏机、压装机等设备的日常维修、保养及故障排查执行设备点检及预防性维护计划，确保设备长期稳定运行独立处理复杂故障及紧急维修问题，快速定位原因并制定解决方案协调供应商处理重大设备问题或技术支持 2. 自动化与技术支持熟悉自动化生产线运行原理，支持机器人、PLC及控制系统相关维护与调试快速掌握公司所有设备设施的工作原理，并为团队提供技术支持参与新设备安装、调试及验收，并提出优化改进建议 3. 设备管理与改善跟踪设备运行状态及维修质量，开展数据分析并推动改善优化设备保养标准、维护流程及备件管理体系主导或参与设备技改项目，提升设备效率与稳定性推动新技术应用及维修经验标准化 4. 安全与质量管理严格执行安全操作规范（如LOTO等），确保维修作业安全主动识别作业风险与现场安全隐患，并监督团队安全行为确保设备维护符合质量管理要求，防止设备相关质量事故 5. 团队与培训支持支持维修团队技术提升，组织或参与专业技能培训协调团队完成复杂维修及设备改造项目分享维修经验，推动团队能力提升与知识沉淀 6. 文档与标准化工作负责设备台账、维修记录、保养记录等文档管理编制及优化维修标准、作业指导书及管理流程支持部门标准化建设（如工单流程、维护体系等） 7. 其他支持部门及工厂内部相关业务需求完成上级安排的其他工作任务岗位要求：高中及以上学历具备设备维修相关经验，能够独立分析和解决设备故障熟悉机械、液压、电气控制及自动化控制原理具备PLC基础编程及应用能力熟悉机器人、AGV或自动化产线者优先具备良好的安全意识与质量意识具备较强学习能力、沟通协调能力及团队合作精神工作主动，责任心强，能适应现场维修工作节奏熟练使用办公软件，具备基础英语能力 Posting Dates: May 20, 2026 - May 31, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
