We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a related field preferred
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)

  Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Assist with installation, remodeling, and preventative maintenance projects
• Maintain records of work performed and report major issues
