Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation) Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm) Responsible for trash, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, pool maintenance, etc Collaborate with other professionals during renovations Report to General Manager or facilities maintenance manager Requirements What we need from YOU Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation to ensure facility functionality. Responsible for groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and collaborating on renovations.
