The Maintenance person is responsible for completing preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment, in accordance with property policies and procedures, while ensuring that municipal and provincial codes are adhered to. By maintaining the preventative maintenance schedule and promptly advising the General Manager of any equipment malfunctions, unsafe device or existing conditions. The Maintenance person will ensure the safety and security of each and every guest, assist with banquet requirements and overall cleanliness of common areas and outside grounds.
