We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting electrical faults.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation within automated environments.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems.
  • Leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team.
  • Experience in welding is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand complex systems.
  • Operate logic controllers for automated systems, ensuring they function correctly.
  • Weld components when necessary to repair or fabricate parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
