We are seeking a skilled PART TIME Maintenance Person to join our team at the Applewood McDonald’s location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks, including restaurant upkeep /planned maintenance tasks , assisting primary maintenance person as well as filling in for them on their days off
Responsibilities:
-repair equipment as needed
- Conduct mechanical repairs
- Troubleshooting
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning tasks ( restrooms lobby parking lot trash
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Maintain a variety of facilities and equipment
- Maintain landscaping and parking lot cleanliness
- Must be able to communicate effectively with our internal manage
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge
Work schedule includes a
Early mornings such as 4am-1pm
And nights 5pm-10pm
- Experience in restaurant maintenance work
- Customer service-oriented approach to maintenance tasks
