Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Hourly Rate: $37.11 an hour Position Responsibilities The duties of the maintenance planner will be as follows: • Maintenance Planner Daily Duties – Manage all maintenance notifications. – Review for completeness. – Follow up with requestors as needed for specifics. – Convert to work orders and insert into schedule. – Defect Handling System Execution. – Implement & Execute MP&S standards. – Support MRO Team & Kitting Process. – PM Creation & Alteration. – Ability to Mentor / Coach Maintenance Technicians. • Management of all work orders – Review Created work orders. • Assign individual mechanics as needed. • Assign responsible shift as needed. • Review and adjust key parameters and instructions as needed. – Review Released work orders for adherence to schedule. • Resource Planning – Review availability of materials needed for next couple days scheduled work. – Match workload to available Internal labor (capacity planning). – Plan and requisition contractor services. – Plan and requisition non-stock parts. – Daily Work Confirmation Review Validate work. – Material Consumption. – Labor Hours. – Documentation of activities. – Resolve issues. – Feedback to mechanics on documentation as needed. – Complete Service Entry Sheets for contractor service work. – Point of contact with contractors. – Report and Metrics review. – Review performance metrics. – Planned vs Unplanned work. – Inventory Value and Turns. – Work Order Creation vs Completion. – Develop Equipment docs and assign to assets. – PDF of manuals, Single Line Electrical Diagrams, Pictures, etc. – Develop Equipment BOMs for parts. – Utilize parts history and manuals. – Coordinate capital projects work orders with Maintenance Manager and Plant Engineer. – Initiate work orders for capital and expense work and materials. – Follow up to ensure accurate and effective documentation. – Plan and Schedule work orders. – Complete work orders as needed. – 52 Week plan develop and assign. – Train new hires on SAP Roles. – Support 5S in the Maintenance Department. – Create and Execute a Personal Action Plan. – Support Break Down Elimination DMS/UPS. – Upkeep and track of Maintenance Library. – Attend daily/weekly DDS’s. – Run weekly planning meeting in assigned Cells.
