Description Job Type Full-time Description The Maintenance Planner is responsible for maintaining accurate Maintenance records while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires coordination with logistics, and operations teams to support the uptime and availability of machines. Duties also include data entry into systems and maintaining organized digital records. Key Responsibilities Planning Managing maintenance records (unit hours, preventative maintenance forms, etc.) Creating P. Rs and P. Os for parts, supplies and services in SAP-ACE system Entering Data within multiple systems (Office365, SAP, Myintegra, etc.) Receiving incoming material in SAP Scan Invoices into BCOE Maintaining communications with suppliers regarding orders and invoicing Maintaining communication with maintenance management team. Maintaining communication with office management and corporate team Safety and Compliance Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures for ground operations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions promptly. Comply with environmental and occupational safety regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs.) Accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork and communication. Time management. Safety awareness. Accountability and reliability.
