MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Location: Akron, NY 14001
Salary: $29 – $32/hour
Join a stable, 100-year-old manufacturing company with a proud tradition of craftsmanship, community, and innovation. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to help ensure seamless operations through expert scheduling, resource coordination, and preventive maintenance planning.
This is a key on-site role for someone with strong CMMS experience, a solid understanding of industrial maintenance, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Plan and schedule preventive and routine maintenance using CMMS (Megamation)
• Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on feasibility, urgency, and labor efficiency
• Prepare requisitions and ensure availability of necessary parts, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to align maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records, update labor standards, and manage maintenance data within CMMS
• Support tracking and reporting of maintenance KPIs and team productivity
