What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Develop, maintain and optimise preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance schedules. * Prioritise and allocate work orders to meet contractual response times and asset lifecycle requirements. * Coordinate with service delivery teams to align resource availability and minimise operational disruption. * Ensure asset and maintenance data is accurate, complete and aligned between Downer and Defence systems. * Provide accurate planning reports and support collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders. What You’ll Bring * Certificate III in Engineering or Trade Certificate (mandatory). * Strong experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within Defence, facilities management or construction industries. * Proficiency in CMMS and Defence systems (e.g., GEMS). * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high-level communication skills. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, asset registers and compliance schedules.
